Dr. Stacy’s Super-food Smoothie:
Banana
Lemon
Big handful of kale
Beet greens
1/2 inch slice of purple cabbage
Carrot
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
*Add 8-16 oz of water (less water=thicker)
*Blend on high for 30-60 seconds
*Add 2 scoop of NanoGreens OR NanoReds (kids love the Reds)
*2 scoop NanoPro (a high quality protein)
*Blend on low for a few seconds
