Snacks – Amy Approved

*Apple w/ 2 tbsps raw almond butter

*Coconut Date Roll smothered w/ almond butter

*Lara Bar (peanut butter cookie, coconut & cashew are my FAV’s!)

*Organic apple w/ 10-12 raw almonds

*Organic pear w/ 5 raw brazil nuts

*Carrot sticks (skin on) dipped in organic hummus

*3 dates pitted & filled w/ coconut butter

*Dried unsulphured apples w/ 2 tbsps organic raw peanut butter

*1 cup blueberries w/ 2 tbsps shelled raw pistachios

*2 cups air popped popcorn or popped in coconut oil w/ Bragg’s amino spray on top

*Celery w/ 1 tbsp raw almond butter, raisins & cinnamon on top

*1 cup edamame

*GT Kombucha & 5 walnut halves

*Cucumber slices dipped in fresh salsa

*1/4 avocado

*1 cup sugar snap peas w/ 2 tbsps organic hummus

*2 dates & 10 raw almonds or 1/8 cup organic pumpkin seeds

*Hard boiled egg & ¼ cup berries

*Grapefruit & 1/8 avocado

*Kale chips (baked 15min @350 w/ 1 tbsps grapeseed oil & sea salt)

*Coconut chips: long shreds of coconut, you can usually find them a health food store

*Hemp protein powder w/ ¼ cup coconut milk & ½ frozen banana

*Organic corn tortilla chips w/ salsa: 10 chips will satisfy your craving – I promise!

*5-8 olives (oil cured)

*Homemade trail mix: will keep up to 2 months in a jar.  Fill Mason jar w/ cacao nibs, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, raisins, prunes, dates, apricots.  Choose RAW nuts & seeds & UNSWEETENED UNSULPHURED dried fruit
