Be grateful for what you already have

Download a gratitude app onto your IPad, IPhone, Droid, Nook or any device that is capable. Everyday write down 5 things you are grateful for. I have been doing this for about 3 months & have found it centers me, helps me to focus on what went well instead of not so well each day, makes me appreciate the little things, brings me joy & makes me focus on all of the wonderful positive things in my life.

You can write things such as:

I am grateful for:
*My energy
*My hubby unloading dishwasher
*My clients making me smile today
*The sun
*A kick butt workout

These are just a few examples but you can write anything that comes to your mind.

Don’t have an electronic device? No worries use good ole pen & paper!
