Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3-4 small/medium sweet potatoes
Dash of nut milk (I use unsweetened coconut milk)
Cinnamon
Salt/Pepper

Chunk up the sweet potatoes into small pieces (leave the skin on) & boil until they are fork tender (about 10 minutes).  Strain and put potatoes back into the pan.  Add a dash or two of coconut milk & mash with a wooden spoon or masher until desired consistency.  Season with salt, pepper & cinnamon.  Serve hot.  YUM YUM YUM
