I have been juicing everyday for the past 2 weeks and will continue for 30 full days. I drink about 30 ounces per day in 10 ounce increments. I juice once in the morning & store the juice in the fridge in air-tight canning jars (pictured above). I have a ton of energy & love this effect! BOSU & Coco (our chickens) really love it because they get all of the pulp for their breakfast!
Today’s Juice:
15 organic carrots
1 large granny smith apple
1/4 large organic purple cabbage
1 head organic Romaine Lettuce
