2016 Challenge

2016

I CHALLENGE you to sit down with your spouse today and write down 50 things you are going to accomplish in 2016.  We have done this for the past 3 years and it really does work!!  I expect to see “I will exercise 5 days per week” and “I step at least 10,000 steps per day” and “I am fit, strong & healthy” AND “I eat clean and feel amazing”!!!!  Nothing fancy – we use yellow paper and a sharpie!  It’s super fun to look back at all of the years.  Deal??
