Banana Cookies – Easy & Amazing! 

I made these for my sister in Alaska (she has a ton of food sensitivities & can’t eat much…) and fell in love with them.


2 bananas, mashed

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted or soft

1/4 cup raw unfiltered honey

1 cup GF oats

2/3 cup brown rice flour


Sea salt

Dash of baking soda

Mash together (with a potato masher) the bananas, oil & honey until smooth.  Add in dry ingredients.  Place balls onto baking stone & bake for 13-14 min at 350.
