Toaster Waffles Anyone??!!!!

Toaster Waffles

I have to admit that I have been very tempted to buy the “gluten free” toaster waffles for my kid at the grocery store.  They look amazing and probably taste like heaven HOWEVER… I looked at the ingredients, which I couldn’t even pronounce all the words, and decided to make my own.  I took my banana egg recipe, quadrupled it and it made 10 waffle halves.  I plan to freeze them all and have toaster waffles READY for any morning!!!

Ingredients: (enough for 10 waffle halves)
6 bananas
12 organic eggs
**If you want less eggs substitute 1/4 cup of organic pumpkin puree per 1 egg**
Organic vanilla (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
Pinch sea-salt
Pinch baking soda
Flour of your choice (I typically use buckwheat) – use as much as you would like to thicken the dough

Mix everything in your kitchen aid.  Use coconut oil or avocado spray on the waffle maker and bake away!!!  Freeze in ziplocks, toast (TOAST THEM TWICE), smother it with a tablespoon of raw almond butter & blueberries to enjoy!
