Mushroom Burgers Amy Style

These burgers are a staple for us about once a week.  Typically we bbq a portabella mushroom and use it at the bottom bun but all we had was small mushrooms.  So I sauteed the mushrooms in a tsp of coconut oil  w/ onion, salt & pepper.  We used organic grass fed burger, added about half of an onion,  made patties and bbq’d them up.  Lettuce was used as the bottom bun and all of the toppings as the top bun.  Messy…YES…Knife and fork necessary!

Organic grass fed Burger
Portabella Mushrooms or small bella mushrooms
Organic Ketchup
Organic Gluten Free Mustard
