Who Needs Noodles??

Spaghetti Squash has the same texture as noodles – give it a try!

Just cut one in half, scoop out the seeds & bake upside down at 400 degrees for 30 min or so. Scrape out with a fork and they will resemble noodles.

Spaghetti Sauce: Trader Joe’s organic spaghetti sauce (I cheated)
4 or 5 chopped mushrooms
1 pound ground turkey breast
Bragg’s nutrition flakes
1/2 jalapeno (if you like spicy)
Oregano or other Italian spices if desire

Cook squash.  Brown meat with chopped jalapeno.  Add sauce, mushrooms & spices.  Top with Bragg’s Nutrition Flakes – serve hot!
