Plank Hip Drop

Run 30 minutes:
Warm-up 10 min
15 min of 1 min HARD / 1 min EASY
5 minute cool down

Circuit Time!!
Plie Jump Squats x 20 (chest high, touch hands to ground, feet wide)
Plank Hip Drops x 30 (pictured above)
Wide Push-ups x 10
Pike Push-ups x 10
Tricep / Narrow Push-ups x 10

Repeat 3 times
DOWNDOG

DONE!
