Tip of the Day…

There is something to be said for being hungry at your meals…  It is SUPER important to give your digestive system a break in between meals.  This is why constant snacking is NOT good for your body as it creates inflammation by not giving your digestive system a break.  It is essential to get in 3 square meals per day but your snacks are ONLY if needed.  If you are NOT hungry at your next meal try skipping your last snack or snackS!  Challenge yourself to eat 3 meals ONLY with literally NO in between “picking”.  You will not only lower the inflammation in your body you will also lose weight.
