Warm-up 10 min (running, jump rope, elip etc…)

Box Jumps x 15
Pike Push-ups x 12
Burpee w/ Push-up & Jump Tuck x 15
Hip Tic Tocs x 60
Tricep Box Dips x 20
Scissor Kicks x 20

Repeat 3 times – Rest 1 min in between each set

Down Dog = Done!
