Juicing…A Blast of Fuel!

Green Cocktail

There is nothing like a green cocktail to start your morning off right!  I have been reading a great book by Kris Carr called Crazy Sexy Diet and I was inspired to begin juicing.  After my warm glass of lemon or ACV filtered water I have been blasting my system with GREENS.  I know what most of you are thinking…EEEWWWWW…GRASS….but it is actually quite sweet.  The stems of broccoli and a small pear or apple make the juice taste great.
